This page explains how to delete your Streamood account and what happens to your data. Streamood is an AI background music service for businesses, published by Streamood Technologies L.L.C S.O.C (Dubai, United Arab Emirates).
A subscription bought on streamood.app stops renewing automatically when you delete your account. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play does not. The store bills it, not us, and it keeps renewing until you cancel it there. Cancel first, then delete:
This removes the account immediately.
The password is required so that a stolen session alone cannot delete your account. Once confirmed, the account is gone and you are signed out everywhere.
If you can no longer sign in, write to support@streamood.app from the email address your account is registered with, with “Delete my account” as the subject. We confirm that the address is yours and delete the account within 30 days.
Generated tracks and the text prompts used to create them stay in our shared music catalogue, where they are reused to answer other people’s requests (Terms of Service, §5 and §7). What is removed is the link to you: the owner field is cleared, so these records can no longer be traced back to your account or your email address. The audio files themselves remain in storage.
We take a database snapshot once a day and keep snapshots for 30 days. Deleted data can therefore still exist inside those snapshots for up to 30 days after deletion, and is removed automatically when the snapshot expires. Snapshots are restored only to recover from a system failure, never to bring an individual account back.
