Questions venues ask

Do I still need a music licence from a collecting society?

It depends on your country. Our tracks are generated by AI. Streamood claims no authorship or copyright in them, and none of them is registered with a collecting society. Whether a music-user fee applies to your venue is set by local rules, and checking that is up to you.

Is every track made for my venue?

Yes. Every track is generated and matched to your request, so the stream follows the mood you described.

Is there a limit on how much music I get?

The stream doesn’t run out: new tracks keep coming for as long as you play, and your library has no size limit. Each venue on your plan runs its own stream.

What makes the music?

AI models trained on licensed data, according to their providers. Every track is instrumental — no vocals, no lyrics.

How do I cancel?

Any time — on the Subscription page, or in the App Store or Google Play if you subscribed there. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel within the 14 free days and you won’t be charged.
